I had bought m4 driver and m5 driver for our young golfer. then SIM arrived and he wanted that. we bought it and after about one month the shaft just snapped off in the middle. after contacting my club about the breakage, they replied by saying it was not covered by warranty. what does that mean. after paying nearly a thousand dollars for a Taylor made club and having it snap in the middle of a drive. then to be told its not covered by warranty. I have contacted Taylor made and basically got the same reply. well I know that all products in australia are covered by consumer law which means they have to last a certain amount of time and I don't think 3 or 4 weeks does that. also I noticed that the shaft has a Vietnam label on it. the outcome for Taylor made is this...........My upcoming golfer will not be using anymore of your clubs anytime soon. and as I do travel around a lot I will be sharing my experience with other golfers
Poor company customer service very rude my experience they don't want to help you poor quality very expensive never buy a tailor-made item again

A bad company with a nightmare customer service. I bought few clubs from this producer, M5 driver, M6 3 wood, M6 3 hybrid, Gapr Pro and a golf bag. First issue I've got with bag who started to broken the fabric above one of the pockets. Then Gapr Pro is far away from what Adams was once (they bought and kill Adams just to stollen their technology but they did it like chinese). Anyway I'm so sure that in a short time they will have the same faith like Adams, cause what goes around comes around. But the most unpleasant experience I've got with the driver. After I've paid a lot of money to buy it and after just few rounds of golf I discovered that my new driver got a bent on the toe. I found on a short search on internet, Taylor Made customer service. I talk through emails with their staff and I was adviced to send them my driver to be repair cause it was still in warranty. I did it and they send my driver back without being repaired with the result that "driver is not under the warranty"! When I asked them about the reason of their refuse to repair, they told me that my driver damage was made out of the golf course!!! Then I wish them (all those who decided this) to buy expensive products (cars, houses) and when their goods will be broken to have the same answers from the producers (so they can understand me). Conclusion: rubbish company with rubbish products. My personal opinion is stay far away from the products make by this company. Don't look at the youtube testers cause they are paid with our money to fake the results. Look instead of this long list of Trust Pilot reviews.
My Taylormade Putter paint is really bad. Despite always protecting it, I still have heard nothing from TM after more then 8 weeks from first email. Pathetic and very unprofessional customer service. Will never buy a product from TM again.
Expensive, rude, bullying tactics, I could go on. Crooks and Cowboys spring to mind. To say the least I’m utter lost for words on how Taylor Made and American Golf conduct business is utterly unacceptable, this is beyond frustrating now and I am quite frankly very angry with American Golf and Taylor Made, the complete incompetence in resolving this matter and the inordinate amount of time that I am spending to get this resolved. Despite relentless pursued, to add insult the Account Manger AMY PATTERSON “CUSTOMER CARE TAYLOR MADE” whom I’ve spoken to on the phone today reflected upon that she “DOES NOT” speak to members of the public nor having the intention to assist in any way is utterly appalling and worrying that she is in “CUSTOMER CARE”. The time I have wasted on this since December 2020when I returned my Taylor Made clubs to American Golf, I have been told today that they have been wiped cleaned instead of the clubs being restored as rust appeared.
I then to add to all this madness I was told that it would take 6 months due to COVID but Taylor Made confirmed that they’ve been working throughout. It seems that you do not intent to deal appropriately with all issues, it is very much a sage of constant promises and let downs and very very frustrating for me as a paying customer no wonder Taylor Made are producing new products on a yearly basis I have to say I have never encountered such treatment before and this is labelled a global company, I can see why John Rahm and Sergio Garcia have left Taylor Made also the quality of Rory Mcllroy dropped in world ranking due to a infuriated products produced.
Taylor made don not produce of what they are advertising and having double standards.
I demand a response today from a Director of this business not customer care representative avoid further action please contact me urgently 07838676030.
Fitting centre experience for a SIM 2 driver (in early March '21) was good - however, having asked during that experience whether they had appropriate stock in their warehouse and was told 'yes'. I proceeded to purchase the specific SIM 2 driver at Drummond Golf and was then informed that it would be with with me in August '21 (4 months later). The ETA jumped around a fair bit after that. It came back in to the end of April '21, then jumped out again to Jul '21. All of which was brought about by the fact they wouldn't remove the required shaft from another club in their warehouse in their warehouse (this is a basic inventory adjustment). Eventually a rep was pushed and located a shaft (from somewhere) and the club was essentially assembled by Drummond Golf using a club head from one of the SIM 2 clubs they had in their store. Misinformation, pathetic logistics and completely unnecessary delays from TaylorMade. Will not be returning.
I purchased a Titleist driver which specifically stated that it included a head cover. The picture of the item shows a Titleist head cover next to the driver. Naturally this is what I would expect to be delivered. I received the driver in the post but was given a generic, poor quality American Golf head cover. Blatant false advertising.....
Ordered a cap from the vault on the Taylormade website. one month ago, still not arrived even after numerous contact with the customer services team.
Do yourself a favour and by from another retailer.
Will think twice before I buy taylormade again.
AVOID. In the end had to instruct the bank to retrieve my money. Not even an apology from the customer services team after being fobbed off for a month.
Utterly shocking customer service. They will not admit they are wrong and do not take responsibility for any delays despite the customer doing all the chasing. Will NEVER order again from these people. They us COVID as an excuse yet no others issues I’ve faced with couriers during the pandemic explain why it’s only them that have delays. When asked about a refund to p&p re good will, they decline and say it’s not their fault and they have delivered in 10 working days. The only reason that it was finally delivered is due my constant chasing. They don’t care about customers and are terrible at communicating with them. A giant company that has zero value for customers.
So today 15/2 received a letter from customer services with a couple of good will gesture bits. Good that they did this and good to see that it’s been acknowledged. ???? thank you
It has been nearly 3 months and still waiting for a final golf club. One core product and Taylormade cannot even deliver that within a reasonable time. Woeful customer service. Why such poor communication to your customer? No information about when the club will be delivered. They're not cheap. Taylormade has become a running joke amongst friends, running two sweepstakes, 1. When the club will arrive; 2. when will taylormade go out of busines due to reputational damage because I've stopped telling people about the clubs and now talk about the awful delay.
I just wanted to comment and complement on TaylorMade’s warranty service. I recently broke a shaft on my M6 type D, 3 fairway wood (which btw I love! ). I contacted TaylorMade and they sent me a FedEx return label and made the repair with absolutely no cash whatsoever out of my pocket. From the time I sent it to them for repair till the time I received it back was about two weeks.
Way to stand behind your products TaylorMade!

Trying to contact customer service is a joke. Have sent 2 emails with no reply. Web site does not offer a contact number as it just puts you back in a loop back to the message page.
I got the number off Google but they don't answer and then a you get cut off.
I bought a new set of irons from TaylorMade last year. Within weeks some of the the heads starting flying off. I contacted them and they suggested I get the clubs involved repaired at the retailers and carry on playing with them and only send them back if another came loose. Anyone who plays golf would appreciate the awful thought of standing over a shot wondering if the head would fly off. Eventually they accepted that all the irons should be returned and they would repair them all. the clubs were returned to me over a week and a half later than they specified.
Now once again one of the heads flew off during a competition round and so I obviously cannot trust the so called repairs that they allegedly carried out and will request a full refund from them.
Ive been trying to get someone from taylormade but with no response. Anyone else have an idea how to get a hold of someone from costumer services? thank you
